Thank you for shopping with Bloom & Crown Beauty! This policy outlines how we process and ship your favorite beauty essentials.

1. Order Processing Time

  • Standard Processing: Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

  • Definition: "Processing time" refers to the time it takes to prepare, pack, and hand off your order to the carrier. It is separate from shipping/transit time.

  • High-Volume Periods: During sales, holidays, or new launches, processing may take slightly longer. We appreciate your patience!

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected method. Estimated delivery times begin once your order has been picked up by the carrier:

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may be impacted by carrier delays, weather, or other factors outside our control.

3. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation Email containing your tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking information to update on the carrier's website.

4. Shipping Locations & International Orders

  • Domestic: We ship to the United States and all U.S. territories.

  • International: We offer international shipping.

  • Duties & Taxes: International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their destination country. These are not included in our shipping rates.

5. Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout.

  • Errors: We are not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect addresses.

  • Changes: If you notice an error, email admin@bloomandcrown.com immediately. We cannot guarantee changes once an order has begun processing.

6. Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to us as "undeliverable" (due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts), you may choose:

  1. Reshipment: Additional shipping fees will apply.

  2. Refund: A refund for the items only (original shipping fees are non-refundable).

7. Lost, Stolen, or Missing Packages

If your tracking says “Delivered” but you cannot find your package:

  • Check with neighbors, household members, or secure delivery locations.

  • Contact the carrier directly to verify the delivery coordinates.

  • Notify us within 7 days of the delivery scan at admin@bloomandcrown.com.

  • Please note: While we will do our best to help you file a claim, refunds/replacements are not guaranteed for packages marked as delivered by the carrier.

8. Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at admin@bloomandcrown.com with:

  1. Your Order Number.

  2. Clear photos or video of the shipping box, packing materials, and the damaged items.

    Upon review, we will offer a replacement, store credit, or refund.

9. Beauty Product Care & Temperature

Our beauty products can be sensitive to extreme temperatures. We recommend retrieving your package promptly upon delivery to avoid heat or cold damage. If a product arrives leaking or compromised, please contact us within 24 hours for assistance.
