At Bloom & Crown Beauty, we want you to love your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, we are here to help.

1. Return Window

You have 14 days from the date you receive your item to request a return. After 14 days, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

2. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • Condition: The item must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition that you received it.

  • Packaging: The item must be in its original packaging.

  • Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase is required to process your return.

3. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Used or opened personal care and beauty products.

  • Items damaged due to improper use or handling.

  • Sale items (unless defective).

4. Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at admin@bloomandcrown.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We will prioritize a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost to you.

5. Shipping Costs

  • Customer Responsibility: Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning items. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • Exceptions: If the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item), we will cover the return shipping costs.

6. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

 

  • Approval: If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.

     

  • Late Refunds: If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again, then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
